Meet Amir Bahreini, Esq.

Amir Samson Bahreini is a Florida trial attorney dedicated to representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle, trucking, premises liability, and catastrophic injury litigation. With a unique combination of courtroom experience and deep knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims, Amir provides aggressive, strategic representation to injury victims across Florida.

Amir has served as first-chair trial counsel in multiple jury trials, including a solo damages trial that resulted in a jury verdict of $1,989,388.42 and a recorded final judgment exceeding $2.1 million. He has tried cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking litigation, and premises liability, personally handling every phase of trial from voir dire and opening statements through direct and cross-examinations, expert witness presentation, jury instructions, and closing argument.

Before founding his own firm, Amir gained invaluable insight defending insurance carriers and corporate clients in general liability, premises liability, motor vehicle, and trucking litigation. This experience gives him a critical advantage. He understands exactly how insurance companies evaluate claims, assess risk, and posture for settlement.

Amir also served as a law clerk with the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, where he supported federal white-collar prosecutions and cross-border criminal investigations. He managed large-scale electronic discovery in Relativity for complex federal cyber matters, trained and supervised contract attorney teams, and briefed case teams on litigation risks and strategy. His DOJ experience sharpened his analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex, document-intensive litigation. These are skills he now applies to every personal injury case he handles.
